The Newspaper committee is
in charge of putting out the league's newspaper, and writing articles.

*Free Agents
The free agent committee is responsible for distributing the management of agent
responsibilities for players and coaches who find themselves as free agents. They
take bids and ensure the players are signed fairly.

*Awards
The awards committee is responsible
for taking all the votes and sending the ballots for each votable category. They
count the ballots and announce a winner for each award. They are also responsible
for taking votes for the All-Star Game players in the mid season.

The violations committee is responsible
for ensuring that all teams remain under the rules of the league as far as
rosters & farm limits are concerned ... they also determine who pays the
luxury tax, and any future rules regarding fines.

Apart from the above committees, there are a number of committees which will only meet on rare occasions.
Note: participating in the following committees will NOT count towards your participation requirement.
Disciplinary
This committee is chosen by the Commissioner (Wolfeman) and the Assistant Commissioners
(Brian Reese, Paul Chitsos & JB Anderson) to decide discipline of any GM or commissioner or
assistant. The Commissioner and the two Assistant Commissioners will hand out disciplinary
rulings for GM's. The Disciplinary Committee will hand out disciplinary rulings when
a Commissioner/Assistant is the person accused of something needing Disciplinary
measures.

Trade Review
Our policy is to NOT review trades no matter how one sided it may seem, however, in cases
where one GM is knowingly dismantling his team out of stupidity or utter ineptitude,
or two teams are colluding to weaken a team and strengthen the other to share
playoff revenue, the trade review committee may be asked to step in by the Commissioner or
Assistant Commissioners.
